Welcome to Shakti Dance (The yoga of dance) A powerful practice to open the heart and bring us deeply into our bodies. It cultivates the free, organic, creative expression of inner being. A sacred healing dance, taught in eight stages to bring the dancer into a heightened state of awareness. It charges the pranic body and energises the meridians; balancing and harmonising the body, mind and spirit. We will also be drinking ceremonial cacao together just before the dance. This is a gentle and beautiful heart opening medicine to bring us into bliss. Any questions do not hesitate to contact me directly.
